Thank you all again for your support! This update is very important, so please be sure to read it or reference it if you have any questions! I will use simple bullet points to hopefully prevent confusion and keep things straight forward!
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Before you continue further, please make sure you have created your backerkit account and tie your email address to it (the one you used to pledge to this campaign). You
NEED a valid and active email in order to get updates and notifications. This is the second most important stage of the campaign and is the only way you can be issued your survey when the time comes..
First Things First: Payment methods
- Backerkit processes payments within 12-24 hours after the campaign ends.
- If your payment method fails, you will be notified via email.
- Failed payment methods have a grace period of 2 weeks from Backerkit's end, and I will be permitting an additional post-campaign grace period through August 17th ish.
- Unresolved payment methods will be dropped from the campaign entirely by August 31st.
Second: Surveys! (aka your order form)
- To help folks who are new better visualize what this is, consider your survey your official order form.
- I will be issuing backer surveys sometime within the next 2 weeks. I will update here when I prepare to send them out. You will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder periodically to ensure you are receiving updates.
- This is the most important part of your pledge. You absolutely must fill this survey out, to completion. Without this being submitted in its entirety, I cannot properly account your order.
- It is during the survey process that you get to pick out your styles for Noopy.
- Yes, you may choose to have 1 or all of them be entirely blind, too! You are guaranteed NO Duplicates unless you want them/request them.
Third: Post-Campaign Store (for Non-backers)
- If you backed this campaign, DO NOT ORDER ON THE PREORDER STORE! You can disregard this section as it does not pertain to you. ❤
- Doing so will create a duplicate order and can cause confusion or risk of being charged twice.
This store is for folks who missed out on the main campaign and serves as a second chance to grab a Noopy from this campaign!
I will be opening the preorder store soon. If you are here and are wanting to grab a blind bag or two, just sit tight.
- The pre order store will close around August 18th, or when we hit 500 backers.

Ahoy Troop!
This update will go over a variety of topics. I will do my best to keep it sectioned for you to easily reference if needed.
Clarification On "Choose Your Noopy" Style:
I did my best to cover all my bases on this previously, but forgot to take into consideration the likelihood of backers adding more plush after the campaign ends. After finding a workaround, I have decided to permit campaign backers to be able to choose their plush if they decide to add more after the campaign ends.
To clarify: This only applies to backers of the campaign. If you are not a backer by the time this campaign ends, this offer is null.
Non-Backers who preorder via the backerkit store we may launch (if we do not reach 500 backers) do not get to pick their style of Noopy. It will be entirely blind.
- "When are Surveys going to be issued?"
I am hopefully going to have them issued within 7-12 days of the campaign ending. This is dependent on Backerkit approving the surveys, and to allow enough time for all of the data to import. I will update backers to let you know when you should anticipate getting them!
- "Will Ace's Sample Be Viewable Before the Campaign Ends?"
Unfortunately, no. I am hopeful to have pictures of him sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. It really depends on the workload of the designer and the material availability.
- "When will Surveys close? (What does that mean?)"
Once I fire off surveys to backers (I will update when I do this), backers have 2 weeks to fill out and 'add on' any extra items they may want. "Closing" a survey just means I will close off the ability to add additional items to your pledge. You'll still be able to fill your survey out, pick your styles from the main campaign, etc as normal.. You just will not be able to add additional items from the campaign (such as another plush).
- "When will I be charged for post-campaign add ons?"
For backers and pre-order customers who add extra items post-campaign, I will begin processing those payments sometime in the middle of August. Again, I will communicate and give backers a heads up before this happens.
Failed Payments & Deadlines:
For those who are currently pledged to the campaign, payments for your primary (main) campaign items will be processed within 12 hours of the campaign ending. If your payment method fails, do not worry. Backerkit will automatically try to process your payment periodically for 2 weeks post-campaign, and attempt to notify you via email if they are unsuccessful.
Unresolved payment methods will be dropped from the campaign on August 14th.
Shipping fees will be charged separately closer to when we begin to process orders for fulfillment. Right now, this tentative timeline is around December, but realistically might be January.
I will update closer to that time frame to let backers know about the upcoming fees and provide a shipping chart.
Timeline of campaign:

"How Do I pick My Noopy Styles?"
When your survey is issued (read the above for estimates on that), you will follow the steps to fill out your survey which includes 'selecting' your styles for eligible items, such as the blind bag plush. If you have multiple plush, the question will be repeated for #1, #2, #3, etcetc. You are also welcome to choose blind if you want to have the authentic blind bag experience. Note that all five styles are available, they're just cut off on these screenshots.
This same format will also apply for those who picked the single charm styles.

Hello Noop Troop!
At the time of making this update, we are just about $450 away from hitting the 30k funding mark!
I can't thank you all enough for being here with me. This campaign has been so much more successful than I could have hoped, and I'm working behind the scenes to get the next item announced.
While it will not be another plush, it will be limited to the campaign!
My assistant character artist, Aerohail and I are working now on getting a teaser prepared for you all in the meantime!
We have just recently passed 350 backers, and I want to remind folks about the cap on the campaign. While I know it seems silly to do this, it's a careful strategy for me to ensure I can keep productions predictable, timelines consistent, and to also prevent overloading myself or risk burnout. But just know that even if you miss out on any of our campaigns or releases (I understand life happens!) that there is always going to be more in the future.

Hello Noop Troop!
Whether this is your first time backing, or if you have been here since the beginning, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Time and time again, I am consistently blown away by the outpouring of support and loyalty to Noopy and myself. This community is truly remarkable, and it is my deepest honor to be part of it with all of you.
I am excited to share that all five Noopy styles have been unlocked.
From left to right: Zen, Wolfgang, Ace, Vic, and Link.
Ace will feature the following fabric swatch to give you an idea on what his colors will look like.
I am going to answer a couple quick questions while I am here, but I will have a more thorough detailed update coming this week--so just stay tuned on that if you have further questions. Also, definitely check the campaign bio and FAQ, as I do have some commonly asked questions answered there, too.
First big question:
When / How do I choose my Noopy style?
- This is done post-campaign (not right now). For right now, you will just back for the 'blind bag', and when you get your survey after the campaign ends, that is where it will prompt you to choose your styles.
When will my card be charged?
- Payments are processed when the campaign ends. This campaign is set to end July 24th. The payment will take anywhere from 2-24 hours to 'process'. Please keep in mind you are only charged for your campaign items. Shipping will be collected at a later time. This will be communicated in advance, so that way you are not caught off guard when the time comes.
Will this campaign be capped?
- Yes, this campaign will be capped at 500 backers. If we reach 500 backers, I will not be opening the post-campaign preorder store. If you are on the fence about getting a Noopy, please consider backing now to ensure you do not miss out.
